Highland Baptist Church is administratively run by the senior pastor, the assistant pastor, and the Board of Deacons. New deacon members are elected every three years at a scheduled church business meeting. A ministry coordinator directs the church office full-time and provides support to the administration. A treasurer and clerk are elected annually.
Every ministry department is led by a qualified individual. There are opportunities for church members to serve in many areas: music (instrumental and choral), technology (computers, website, and AV), nursery, service setup, card-sending, and outreach, among many others.
